1. Complete Signature Details (left):
2. Click Copy signature.
3. Open Outlook.
4. Replace your signature in Outlook. Depending on what version of Outlook you are using:
Outlook Classic (Windows)
File → Options → Mail → Signatures...
Choose an existing signature (or click New).
Click into the editor and remove the old content (Ctrl + A may work; if not, select with the mouse and delete).
Paste (Ctrl + V) and click OK.
New Outlook (Windows) / Outlook on the web
Settings (gear) → Accounts → Signatures.
Click + Add signature (new), or the pencil icon (edit existing).
Select All, then paste over it (Ctrl + V), then Save (and set it as default for new messages and replies/forwards if prompted).
If your new signature does not appear, try again from Step 1. If it still doesn't work, contact edward.bell@nectar.co.nz.
